Hair Diary
A few days after I was diagnosed with breast cancer I found this blog of a brave girl who posted photos of her hair growth after chemo. It was actually because of her I think I started this blog and felt the need to share my own story. Now to show myself and the world that there is a road to recovery (even though it is long and bumpy). But it definitely involves getting your hair back. So this is a special page dedicated to my hair growth.
Note: I take pictures every month. I finished chemotherapy on April 5th 2013.
It looks like you're the kind of person who looks good with short hair.
ReplyDeleteThank you girlie! Can't wait for it to be a little longer so I can dye it and get rid of my hats!
DeleteIt's coming! Month five, and you'll be rocking a very cute pixie style. It actually looks quite chic now ~Catherine
ReplyDeletep.s. you have some lovely clothes. I kinda want to raid your closet.
Gosh I really hope so, fingers crossed! Haha and thanks about the clothes! <3
DeleteCiel... You totally rock the short look. Looks so awesome!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ash! <3
DeleteBeautiful look Ciel!
ReplyDeleteGood to see the growing process this way, big changes each month :)
Yes, in the beginning I hated this project, but I'm glad I started it anyway. The difference each month is amazing and hopeful!
DeleteI see curls!
ReplyDeleteI love your hair regrowth pictures - your hair looks great! I finished chemo about the same time as you and also documented my regrowth on my blog. My record is much less systematic and more haphazard.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much!
